Chapter President: Bianca Richardson, Spring 2018 initiate
Major: Marketing and Business Management with a collateral in Entrepreneurship
"As president, my role is to ensure that Mu Zeta is in compliance with our headquarters and the university, and to uplift the members of the chapter. My love for Delta stems from how the sorority empowers black women, while also providing resources to its surrounding communities."
Chapter Vice President: Denicia Lofton, Spring 2018 initiate
Major: Kinesiology major, American Sign Language minor
Vice President Statement:
"As the Vice President, I spearhead programming and membership. I support, educate, and develop chapter members. In the absence of the president, I serve in her place. I love Delta because of its rich history and sisterhood. While being a member, I have gained so many professional skills and bonds that will last a lifetime. I get to serve my community while having fun. I am excited to leave my legacy behind and continue with the work of Delta post-graduation. I chose the role of Vice President because I wanted to serve my chapter at a higher capacity. Upon my first year of being apart of the Mu Zeta chapter, I served as the Social Action Committee Chair. I took the role as Vice President to contribute even more. Not only is this role gifting me an abundance of leadership and professional skills but it is teaching me how to better manage my time and priorities."
Chapter Corresponding Secretary: Courtney Cox, Spring 2019 initiate
Major: Journalism and Electronic Media with a minor in Theater
'I'm the corresponding secretary, and as secretary, I make sure to establish a consistent communication between the e-board and members. I took on this role because I love interacting with people. I love Delta because of the amount of strong and fearless women that I'm now connected to and there's nothing like it!"
Chapter Recording Secretary: Kayla McCracken, Spring 2019 initiate
"As the recording secretary, I record meeting minutes, correspondence, and documentation.I decided to be recording secretary because of the opportunities and knowledge I will gain from this experience. Not only will this position educate me on the best transcribing skills and organizational skills, but it is a stepping stone for me to continue to move forward and improve in my organization. I believe that an organization shouldn’t make you, it should just be an extension of who you already are and hope to be. I love Delta because it gives me the lifetime opportunity to give back to my community and make an impact on the lives of others."
Chapter Treasurer: Ebrie Franklin, Spring 2018 initiate
Major: PreMed Biology, minor in Spanish
"I serve as the Treasurer in which I keep track of all the chapter's finances. I took this role because of my experience with handling money and the organizational skills that I gained from that. I love Delta because not only do I get the chance to be a part of a sisterhood, but I also get to work together with them for the greater good of serving the community."
Chapter Financial Secretary: Tia Keaton, Spring 2019 initiate
Major: Animal Science with Pre-Veterinarian Concentration
"As the financial secretary, I work closely with the treasurer and other fiscal positions in handling chapter funds. Through this position, I have learned how to keep meticulous records and become more organized. I love Delta because of the connections and sisters I have met through my organization. Delta allows me to be a part of something that is bigger than me. Through our philanthropies, we are able to make differences in people’s lives around the country and the world."
Chapter Parliamentarian: Mic'Quanashaneacia Webster, Spring 2018 initiate
'The Parliamentarian keeps order on the floor during chapter meetings. Also, ensures that policies and procedures are used and consistently adhered to.'
